EL post de hoy está dedicado a un tema muy importante: la prevención del cáncer de mama.Hay que ir a las revisiones, hay que estar alerta, porque el cáncer de mama afecta a una media de 16.500 mujeres por año sólo en España (fuente).


-Otro dato interesante: la lactancia reduce el riesgo de cáncer de mama en un 40%! (fuente)


"Los especialistas del Ministerio de Salud recomiendan que todas las mujeres, especialmente a partir de los 40 años, se realicen una mamografía (radiografía de mamas) ya que permite descubrir aquellos tumores que, por estar poco desarrollados, no han podido ser detectados al tacto por el médico."(fuente)
